Last July 17, MMLDC played host to the walking activity of the Lopez Group of Companies. Employees and their families walked around the MMLDC grounds while enjoying the cool breeze of Antipolo.
According to Oscar M. Lopez, Chairman Emeritus of the Lopez Group of Companies, the Lopez Lifelong Wellness is for its employees and their families, helping them develop a healthy lifestyle through voluntary behavioral changes. Because walking reduces health risks, it helps maximize the employees' potential.
"Walk the Talk", a monthly walking activity, started at 7:00 AM with a 30-minute stretching exercise, after which employees and their families walked around the Center for more than an hour.
As an advocate of wellness, MMLDC promotes health and fitness among its employees as a way of life. Its Wellness Program includes an Aero Dance class, gym workouts, a sportsfest, a healthy menu, and medical and dental missions for contractors.
