MMLDC Mission ProgramThe main interventions provided by MMLDC to its beneficiaries focus on comprehensive training solutions. The Academic Services team is continuously improving the design, implementation and evaluation of the programs to ensure greater impact on the beneficiary sectors.
As a quality management advocate, MMLDC conducts training needs assessment to validate the expected learning outcomes and training requirements prior to the conduct of the courses. The course design is developed in a participatory manner among the participating group, the facilitators and the Academic Services team. The implementation of the training programs are monitored and evaluated accordingly.
The Academic Services offers a variety of training programs for the beneficiaries in the education and electric power sectors. These courses include: Management and leadership courses such as Values Programs, Strategic Planning, Courses on Supervision, Communication and Customer Service. Technical training such as creative facilitation and teaching methodology training for educators and specialized skills training for the electric sector (Linemen’s training, Substation Maintenance, etc). Environmental Programs such as Workshop in Science for teachers and Solid Waste Management orientation for schools and institutions. Custom-made courses are also offered in response to specific learning needs of the beneficiaries. |
