Foundation BeneficiariesMMLDC beneficiaries are institutions and individuals from the education sector, with emphasis on the public school system. The beneficiaries may include but are not limited to schools and academic organizations, as well as individuals like school administrators, teachers, department heads and students. As an affiliate of the country’s prime electric company, MMLDC also provides assistance to the electric cooperatives in the countryside. Electric cooperatives from as far north as Ilocos and down south as Zamboanga have participated in the various training courses offered by MMLDC. The individual participants are usually supervisors, foremen and technical managers of the cooperatives. In response to the need of its immediate environment, MMLDC also assists the local government units (LGU) such as the Antipolo City LGU and neighboring LGUs in Rizal province. MMLDC may help by providing environmental technical assistance, training or discounted venue and accommodations for official functions. Similarly, a memorandum of agreement was created between MMLDC, the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on a Performance Improvement project for officers and staff of DOLE.
