  • GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
  • Responsibilities:

    The candidate shall be responsible for:

    - Prepares and analyzes financial statements and reports
    - Controls and maintains all financial business transactions
    - Ensures propriety of recording of all business transactions presented in the financial reports
    - Consolidates annual organizational budget
    - Assists in the preparation of Cost-Benefit analysis for Capital projects and supplementary budget
    - Reviews all Financial Statement schedule
    - Oversees and manages the performance and work of the General Cashier, Bookkeeper and Accounting Coordinator
    - Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
    - Reports directly to the Associate Director for Finance Services.

     

    Requirements:

    - A Certified Public Accountant

    - With at least two (2) years extensive work experience

    - Adept in analyzing financial matters

    - Can work under minimum supervision

    - Knowledge in Sun system and Opera Fidelio an advantage!

    - Highly-organized, analytical, keen on details

    - Can handle work-related stress and pressure

    - Proficient in both written and oral communication skills

  • TRAINING ASSISTANT (Project-Based)
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    -  Observes and complies with the exisitng Company

       codes, policies, rules and regulations

    -  Observes the proper housekeeping and

       maintenance of work area

    -  Conducts research from related literature, evaluation

       and survey results of past programs

    -  Attends to the various requirements of the training

       program such as venue, materialsand other

       instructors' needs.

    -  Prepares training guides, posters, drawings and

       other training and instructional materials,

       records, reports and correspondence

    -  Coordinates with the facilitators regarding their

        schedules, requirements and other arrangements

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    -  Graduate of either Business Administration,

        Psychology or Education

    -  Minimum experience of two (2) years

       exposure in training

    -  Experience in Organizational Development, a plus!

    -  Has facilitation skills and has the ability to

       write creatively

    -  A quick learner, a team player

    -  Can work with minimum supervision and

       willing to travel.

  • PROGRAM OFFICER (LEARNING SOLUTIONS)
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    - Supervises a team who handles learning

       solutions design and development

    - Develops and updates process that assures

       the sound implementatiion of programs and services

    - Provides research data as an input in developing

       program descriptions

    - Conducts research relevant to program development

    - Program Packaging: assists in producing the

       marketing collaterals for the center’s programs

    - Identifies and manages consultants / service

       providers engaged for project implementation

     

    REQUIREMENTS
    - College graduate preferably in Psychology, Education

    - Preferably with post graduate units

    - Has extensive background in development and design of training

       programs

     - Has good people management skills

    - Has an experience in dealing with people in different levels of the

       organization.

    - Creative, proficient in both verbal and written

       communication skills, preferably with exposure in

       training

    - Assertive, a Quick Learner, a Team player
    - With initiative and can manage pressure
